Residents have been keeping busy this Holiday Season! We had a Christmas tap dancing performance from the Celebrity Dance Troup, went to a performance of “The Nutcracker” at North Medford High School, and baked Christmas Cookies in our Country Kitchen. We also enjoyed a performance from the Rogue Valley Harmonizers, and attended “Celtic Christmas” at the Craterian Theater. Residents enjoyed a special Christmas party with a decadent holiday menu, and a musical performance by the Park Place Jazz Band. This week, we are having a mouth-watering Christmas buffet with Prime Rib, Ham, Sweet Potato Mash, Au Gratin Potatoes, Ginger Clove Cranberry Sauce, Pancetta Greenbeens, Cherry-Glazed Carrots with Thyme, and a special Christmas Dessert!
